I have been using this everyday since it arrived and it works great! Yes the glass is a bit thin but just be careful and it will be fine. On my 4th day using it I was washing the filter and I noticed that the filter screen was starting to lift (see photo). The same day I received a email from this company asking how everything was going and if I needed any advice, I wrote them back and explained what had happened. They replied back and said that at the moment they had no filters in stock but If I could wait they would send one as soon as they were available so I said sure no problem send it when you have it. They were in constant contact until the filter shipped, they were kind, professional and truly nice in their correspondence. Bottom line this is coffee maker with no moving parts its not expensive, I would have been ok using the filter as is but what I believe is really great about this company is that they take customer satisfaction seriously and they are really cool people.
