This item is just as described. Has safety pin in the bottom so it’s very safe and gives me a peace of mind my carpet won’t get burnt . Heats up instantaneous. You get what you pay for , maybe even more no complaints yet , haven’t received the electricity bill so other than that . It does exactly what’s its meant to do . If you’re truly looking “ you get what you pay for “ this is it and no it’s not in a negative way . I think this is the best value and heats up my room (very satisfied) .
