Great toaster oven. Purchased this one to replace an older model I had. The only difference in the two is that this one doesn't have the stainless steel box, it is black metal. Not sure other than cost why they replaced it. This unit hasn't changed much in all the years I have been using it. Works well, toasts great (be sure to remove the tray) and heats up fast. Easy to clean. One tip, in the old unit I used to keep the tray in for everything and use aluminum foil so I din't have to clean to after cooking. That was a mistake. The foil prevent proper cooking and airflow. Cook without it and you only have to remove the slide out bottom tray which is aluminum and clean it in the sink. Try using some of the presets, they are pretty good and you can adjust the toast darkness with the up and down arrows to where you like it. The default setting is about what you need for most toasting. Photo shows my older unit after I cleaned it up and gave it to my son. Looks new and is about 10 years old.
