This is a very small device, fits easily in either ear, and the sound quality is very good. I use it mostly to listen to podcasts and Audible books, so music has not been tested. It is obviously a mono unit. Volume is controlled by adjusting the main device, such as your phone. There is no volume control. All other actions are controlled by the little button on the side. The charger is compact and fits into any USB slot. I have used the F10 while showering twice, even once accidentally dropping it onto the shower floor. It continued to work without evidence of getting water inside. Your mileage may vary. As of update in Aug 2018, there are no problems with overcharging. Very happy with product.
