My cat has hyperthyroidism and just recently came home from her 5 day hospital stay at about 4 lbs. She was not eating for DAYS. Literal days. They had to tube feed her in the hospital for 2 days before they sent her home and she continued to not eat for 3 more days after that. I gave her a tsp of this supplement three times a day for the first 4 days and she eventually started eating again and now I give it to her twice a day. I am confident that this supplement helped me save my cat's life. If I did not have this, she would have unwillingly starved to death. I plan on giving this to her for a few more weeks until her weight is back up. If anyone is curious, I give this to my cat with a water syringe. I give her a little over a tsp (5ml) and fill the syring another ml and a half with water to make it less sticky and more liquidy, thus making it go down easier. She's not a fan of this but for the time being, it's helping her get back on her feet. I like that this stuff is more natural and has lots of vitamins in it. It's much better than the GNC high calorie supplement which has undesirable contents and has a jelly like consistency making it hard to mix with water and hard to swallow.
