I had taken the back seats out of my Honda Element and was looking for a storage solution with some structure — more than just a cargo net or a plastic tub — that would attach to the existing cargo hooks. I was getting fairly tired of small items and the plastic tub just sliding around in the back (most Elements aren’t carpeted). This organizer fits nicely and is quite sturdy. The side straps reach the cargo hooks and they can be tightened enough so it doesn’t move. It is about 2/3 of the width of the back, which leaves some room on the sides. I secured my yoga mats and blankets that always slid around the back in those side spaces with bungees. Now, nothing slides when I go around corners or brake. Yay! I have bought two of these now, one for the back and one to attach to the hooks in the middle section of the Element. These organizers are going to work really well for camping in my car regardless of if I use a cot or build a more permanent platform. For daily errands, these organizers will be awesome for groceries. I like that the lid is detachable and foldable, and that the whole organizer folds up into a very small rectangle when not in use. Mine will stay in pretty constant use, though. If anything comes up short as I use these, I’ll update my review. It was pretty sweet to get a lightning deal on my second one today.
