This is my first coloring book since childhood. I used to do paint by numbers on and off for years, but they got too expensive for me. This coloring book (from the hours I spent searching on Amazon) is very unique and original. The designs are very artistic, detailed, and intricate. You can tell the artist spent a lot of time on them. You just want to stare at the page for days to see all the little details. I just finished coloring my first page (uploading image, and will upload each I finish). I removed the binding of the book with an iron, scan each page one at a time and print them so in case I screw up or want to color a design differently later on, I can. Plus I find coloring on inkjet paper with sharpies to be smoother and more satisfying. I SERIOUSLY hope the author/illustrator makes more of these books. I will buy them for sure. edit: Also, if you search Youtube for Doodle Invasion you can see a preview of every image in the book.
