So I was trying to get pregnant for 6yrs, went for an HSG and found out my left tube was blocked with fluid smh they were trying to push for surgery but I wanted a more natural solution so I looked online and saw that the enzymes serrapeptase eat away at the bacteria, fluid in tubes, dead/scar tissue etc...
