Holds well. I already had a pair this summer that I wore a lot but bought a new pair for an upcoming trip. I have very oily skin and sweat easily. You have the option to clean the sticky part but in my experience, for my type of skin, getting a new pair every 6 months works best, the sticky stays strong and gives support. **Update: just came back from my trip and I must say these are the best I have had. I am a D size and after breastfeeding two kids I need a lot more support. These held extremely well. My girls looked perky and secured. I wore 3 times during hot weather and not once did they loose their adhesiveness.
