This is a nice grill but if you have read the reviews a repetitive compliant is that it is too hot. Absolutely agree but if you read the Sept. 8th 2015 review that recommends the Bayou classic control, take the advice. With this valve you can reduce the temp to whatever you want and can cook moist chicken breasts and perfect slow cooked ribs (350 deg on the temp gauge). Spend $20 extra bucks on this valve with adaptors and you will be glad you did.
