Great product, would recommend this to a new family hands down!
I was very happy with how the product was easy to set up, connect to the application and start watching the monitor. I have not run in to any issues where I have needed to contact support. It signs in right away and has not lost any connection. This replaced our Arlo camera that we were using. I wish I would have done it sooner.
