I looked up and down for the right dehydrator and settled on this one. I love the looks and the ease of use. The ease of use is amazing, set the temp, set the time and forget about it until it's done. I have made quite a lot of jerky, both using hamburger and meat -(even made cat fish jerky) along with banana and apple chips -(tip for them sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on them, they go fast) For really easy cleaning I put tinfoil on the bottom to catch the drips. The best part is saving money on jerky and it's better for you than store bought. Get it you well not be disappointed.
