So happy with this purchase. I researched for weeks trying to make a decision and finally decided on this treadmill. I was worried it wouldn’t be long enough but it is more than long enough to walk or run. I’m 5’9 and the treadmill easily accommodates a long stride. The treadmill looks small in width but this has been a nonissue for me when using it. The treadmill arrived with a broken side bar and end cap. However I contacted the company by the email provided on the booklet and was quickly assisted and the replacement parts were sent FedEx. MAKE SURE TO KEEP YOUR BOX AND/OR TAKE PICTIRES OF THE BARCODE. You must have this proof of purchase to receive replacement parts. Also, make no mistake, this treadmill is crazy heavy. I’m a strong independent gal but had to ask my adult son to come help me move it in the house and get it out of the box. After that, setup is easy breezy. Put in a few screws and you’re done and ready to go. *Note: Pictures show broken side rail as I have not replaced it yet.
