Easy to use and I haven't had to re-charge it in over a week. I use it right in the sink and if I feel it is getting away from me easy to shut off. Also I like the three settings and my teeth and gums feel great after using. This is the first time I have used a water flosser and I am very happy with this one. They are a great company to do business with. I lost the recharger and I emailed them, they immediately sent a replacement out. Now that is what I call Good customer service. Will certainly do business with them again.
