Works great just have to get used to the measurements to heat up bottle and the only reason why all the other reviews say it leaves nasty brown residue is because they are probably using their faucet water or regular bottled water. With our first bottle warmer (we've gone through 2 because multiple babies) the same thing happened with the nasty brown burnt stuff at the bottom and after many vinegar washes it didnt do much. Then we soon realized it was our water.(we live it Texas so we has some nasty hard water) We then switched to spring bottled water and it just took longer to turn brown but still turned brown. Then we came across our secret success lol. Just keep a gallon of distilled water on hand to use for warming. We actually dont even have to clean this thing because the water is so clean and leaves no residue. We are expecting twins and will be purchasing another one and are still using our last one with our 10 month old with no problems! Hope this helps someone out, since this is one of the cheaper warmers out there. And we are a budget friendly family.
