This cushion just arrived about six hours ago for my husband. It did not make much difference in how he felt sitting on our hard wooden kitchen chairs, to which we had added a pillow for him after major abdominal surgery six months ago. But it made a HUGE difference to him tonight when friends came over for dinner and we sat on our upholstered but still firm dining room chairs. He was comfortable sitting there for 2 1/2 hours. He looks forward to taking it with him on an upcoming trip. He had been complaining daily about "sore buns." (He's very skinny, especially after the surgery.) I think maybe his complaints are now a thing of the past. The company offers an excellent guarantee and seems very interested in satisfying its customers.
