This is the first telescope in this house. I mean when i was young, my dad got me one and we learnt to discover the sky together. It was fun and it was the best memory to me. Now we have our own kids, we want to motivate them, we need to learn something new together. Price-wise this telescope is good for beginner. It just took little bit of time to read the manual and very easy to assemble. Tonight it's going to rain, hopefully we will have a clear sky afterward and be able to see some stars above!
