My knee pain has decreased by 75%. The location is the medial collateral ligament and meniscus. I do have arthritis in the left knee. I cannot tolerate NSAIDS. I don't take any prescribed/ controlled meds. Sharp pain chronically occurred while simply changing position when sitting in a chair, crossing my legs at the ankles and shifting that position. Or occurring while moving my leg position in bed at night. Stairs were the original challenge with sharp sudden pain causing me to catch my breath not to cry out and hiking down hill was excruciating. The day time pain is almost forgotten, and the evening is mild, even stairs! I only use one scoop every AM in my coffee. WOW, great product and will continue to buy it. I have advised a trial to a few of my adult patients.
