I’ve been welding since I was 14 yrs old, I’m 51 now and use bifocals. I’m using a quality 2lb spool of wire and max output on the welder. Welding 1/2” to 3/16” was a breeze!! Compared to the Hobart welder of same amps, this thing rocks!!!!! So far I’ve welded up an entire Front-end loader, this machine is great!
