Very well made, quick shipping. I opened up the unit to see what was inside and found four of these: Samsung Li-Ion 18650 3.7V 2600mAh-ICR18650-26F 2600mAh each, so 10400mAh at 3.7V. Not bad at all - very well made on the inside, and appears to have multiple protection circuits. Happy with my purchase. In real life, got 4 full charges of a Galaxy S3, beating most other packs I've tried.
