Yes it is expensive, but it is a great improvement over the existing PetFusion Infinity lounge. With the Infinity lounge, my cats would sleep in the middle, as cat puddles, but with the Jumbo, they can individually stretch out per level. As soon as I put it down, both cats were on both levels. They love the friggin' thing- they play and sleep on it all the time. To prevent it from sliding around on the wooden floor, I placed a rubbery shelf liner under it.
