One of my cat's favorite activities is to stare out the window, but we moved into a place that doesn't have a wide window sills for him so I bought this for one of the windows. He is a big 15 or 16 lb cat and fits fine, so don't be worried about size! I had to put ALL my weight onto the legs to snap them into place, but other than that, the setup only took a quick minute. He was hesitant at first to walk onto it, but once he tested it a few times and realized it wouldn't fall down when he walked across it, he loves it now. My cat uses this kitty sill ALL the time, from bird watching to taking naps, to sleeping through the night! He gives it 10 stars! EDIT/UPDATE: I have had this for a couple years now, and the product is still going strong. My kitty is now 18 or 19 pounds, and he jumps onto and off of this many, many times a day so it really takes a beating, but it is still holding up fine. He must spend at least half his life lying on this thing! If it ever breaks, I will buy another one in a heartbeat.
