This is a very excellent metal frame and better looking than the cheap roller ones that your feet bump in to. It’s packed well and appears sturdy. One star from perfect, we bought this for its custom appearance, and we wish to attach a wooden head board to one side. This frame has 3 horizontal openings (like slots) where you can adjust and fit to your headboard. The slots are too thin for our bolts- so big deal you say, get new bolts or drill out the opening. We like the thicker bolts for stability, so we will opt to drill out the steel. I just wish those slotted openings were bigger to accommodate a good sized bolt. Otherwise the screws go in to the base very smooth and all parts and pieces align nicely. There are little pads which you can stick on the rail tops for better gripping to mattress. The frame legs are a good thickness and more up to date than those ancient looking castor wheel frames most mattress chain stores sell you for $59. With Prime speedy delivery, get this frame!
