I had the same issue as others when the batteries didn't stand up to what the original batteries did. It would take three passes and charges to clean my house. When the Neato was new it only took one pass. After researching this on the internet, I found a reference in a forum to going into the vacuum's menu and into the Support option. Arrow down and there is an option for New Battery. If you select it, it's like the vacuum dumps the battery charge and does a full recharge. I did that and after it had recharged, it was back to doing the whole house in one charge.
