I highly recommend this cooling blanket for anyone that spends a lot of time in bed or laid up on a couch in the warmer time of year. My son was in an accident and is recuperating downstairs on the couch. He was complaining how hot it is being surrounded by cushions and pillows even though we have an air conditioner. I knew there were cooling beds for dogs, never knew there were cooling blankets for people until I did a search. I bought the larger size. We have it covering the seat and back of the couch, so if my son needs to he can pull it down and wrap himself in it. He has not complained about being hot since this blanket came in!
