Lithium orotate has been a godsend for me. I suffered debilitating anxiety and depression for about 5 years, to the point where I could not concentrate on anything for any period of time, constantly felt fatigued and unmotivated, and struggled to perform basic functions like holding down a job. I tried many different approaches to heal myself, and after much suffering and little relief, I came across lithium orotate about 6 months ago. I take 10mg a day, 15mg on rougher days (I also keep the Weyland 5mg lithium on hand for extra supplementation when needed), and feel like my life has completely turned around. I'm less stressed, practically anxiety free, and have much less frequent and less intense feelings of depression. Quickly after beginning supplementing with lithium, I found my motivation again and have been running and lifting weights 5 days a week (which makes me feel even better!), and have buckled down with my work. Lithium orotate has transformed my life!
