My wife is extremely happy with her new French Press!! She chose your product after I accidentally bumped her previous press and it shattered on the kitchen floor. I was drilling holes in our granite backsplash when my elbow came in contact with the press (I normally clear my work space first). After it broke, I suggested she check on Amazon for a replacement! She liked the features on your press and I cashed in some points to purchase it. She's pleased-I'm pleased for her!! A Win-Win is always good. P.S. She moved her press to the granite peninsula until my project is complete😉
