The keyboard is fantastic, and I have no issues writing for hours ...
I bought this laptop after doing some extensive research. I wanted a laptop that I would use primarily for writing, both personally and at work. My only requirements were that it be extremely portable and cheaper than the average laptop. Maybe the difference between me and the negative reviewers is that I bought this laptop with a complete understanding that this should not be used as a primary PC, even though it is marketed as one. It ships with quite a lot of bloatware, and I'm not computer savvy enough to get rid of all of it. I used information gleaned from other reviewers to remove a lot of what I don't need, and plan to ask someone at work to go through the rest. I inserted a 16 GB micro SD card from my old Android phone, and deleted everything on the card except for my old pictures. I still have more than enough room for both work and personal items. I use primarily Microsoft Word and Excel, so these programs don't typically take up much space. The only thing I store on the actual PC are the programs used to run it. If you don't plan to do the same thing, you're going to be upset about the storage. With how cheap thumb drives and micro SD cards are, I really don't see how my storage needs wouldn't be met. The keyboard is fantastic, and I have no issues writing for hours on it. The screen could use a little work, but the computer cost two hundred dollars. I have no issues connecting to my home or work wifi. It handles internet browsing and videos very well, but I have to be cognizant of how many programs/internet tabs I have running at once or things start to run a little more slowly. This doesn't bother me. If you're the type of person who is going to ask a lot of a machine, don't get this one. It's that simple. I would have liked to get a $1,000 laptop with a touch screen that turned into a tablet, but I didn't have the money. You're getting a lot for $200 here, and you won't be disappointed if you keep realistic expectations.
