OK, my rating isn't based on actual measurements, but basic functionality and what's been included in the price, as well as my actual usage. Have this hooked up to a small off-grid solar system for my garage. The fuse, cables and external switch that comes w/ this kit is real handy and very nice quality. The LCD readout on the front tells me how many volts my battery bank has charged; the dual USB ports are perfect for charging your phone or bluetooth speaker hookup. I mounted the inverter and switch to the sides of a Husky rolling toolbox from HD for a portable power bank. Works perfect for my needs and real nice on the budget. Checkout my pics.
