I absolutely LOVE this ice pack! It stays cold for a long time, is flexible to mold to your body curves, and is large enough to cover a decent sized area. I have chronic, recurring lower back pain/ sacroiliac joint issues that I receive treatment for, and ice packs are a necessity. I have been going through a LOT of ice packs throughout the day because they don’t last long or stay cold in between treatments. I wish I had gotten The Coldest Water ice pack sooner! After the 15-20 minutes of having it on, I can put it aside and it will still be cold for my next treatment (not as cold as fresh out of the freezer but still as cold as some of my other packs). I also like that it has a tri-fold design. I didn’t know that when I bought it. I thought it was one solid piece. But this is even better because depending upon the surface I am covering, I can have it fully open or fold it down to a smaller pack without damaging it. Plus it is a space saver to have it folded into thirds.
