Yes This thing works, it slips on and off very easily and definitely adds range. I have not done any measurements as to how much, but I would say it's quite substantial. One of my more conspiracy minded buddies works nights at the gas station up the street, half mile away. I used to get signal cutouts and frame loss when I hover in the side window looking at him, but not since I got this. He thinks the CIA is watching him. It's fun.
