I'm in the chair right now, and I've been using it every day since I got it. I was nervous about buying one so cheap (compared to others), but I did my research on Amazon and reviewing the questions. I'm really happy with this! My only room for improvement with the chair itself is that I feel that it puts too much pressure on my lower back. Like, there needs to be a little more padding there. There's a kind of 'pocket' there, and I stuffed a thin pillow in there. All better ever since. I would also say to minimally use the max setting on the airbag pressure for the arms. It felt 'too much' and my arms felt trapped. I would like even more automated programs or programmable settings, but... that would cost an extra grand, I'm sure :) I also feel like the warranty is misleading if you don't read the Q&A. Covers everything the first year, covers the cost of shipping parts on years 2 and 3. Yeah.... and I'm sure the prices on the parts are jacked up enough to cover the shipping, too. So, if that's important to you, bear that in mind.
