I gave this pillow a few weeks before writing a review. I have to admit that after the first couple of nights, I was in more pain. I'm sure I was just getting use to it, and trying to adjust. Now I can absolutely say that I love this pillow! The normal positions that would have me in pain are no more. I can't say the pain is 100% gone since the reason for the neck issues is not from my sleeping habits. But, I have not woke up at all with the extreme pain I use to. Most days there is no pain, and only a couple of days I have had slight pain. I will keep this pillow forever!! Now I just wish they came in a darker color or had a fitted pillow case. 😊
