TL;DR │ As a person who is obsessed with USB cables, I would say that these are the only cables you should be buying. Performance is on par (or better compared) with OEM cables.⁽ⁿ¹⁾ Durability is better. Length is better. Price is unbelievably cheap, at approximately three dollars each. I have bought a lot of cheap (under $20) micro USB cable packs. I do not believe in paying more for them. This is a reason I love not using an Apple device. I have bought braided cables here in Amazon, and almost EVERY SINGLE ONE of them is the thin stiff type, like a metal wire. This is not good as this means you can't fold them. This also means they are fragile and are easy to break (which they are). I even tried the flat noodle braided ones - same thing, only flat. I also bought some regular flat noodle cables - and these are the worst performers. I think they are better served in a bowl. Having owned gaming devices, I know what braided cables are. They are used in gaming peripherals because they are considered "premium". I also know how great they are. However, all braided cables here in Amazon are pretentious impostors, because all of them are built cheaply: they're stiff and thin. Even the expensive ones are like that. All I wanted were "real" braided cables - flexible, thick, and durable. I am ready to pay $15 for just one good USB cable. These cables produce around 900mA (plugged in s 2.1A port). These numbers are the same as my OEM cables, which makes me happy. My other braided cables were only transmitting half at 420mA, and the flat cables only do 200mA! Needless to say, these cables are wonderful. ⁽ⁿ²⁾ Colors are yellow, orange and red for the short 3.3-foot cables; green for the medium 6.6-foot cable; and blue for the long 10-foot cable. ⁽ⁿ³⁾ To those concerned about the rounded bulk at the end, they will not be on the way of anything. They are not wider than your regular cable plugs. This should fit in most devices.
