Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Have only watched episode 1 so far (how has everyone else watched all episodes at 10 am the day of release??) but I found it hysterical. I'm not sure why US Today and some other reviewers don't like this show anymore. The scene with the dresses on the floor and the mom yelling after her "you can't wear that now, it has to be steamed!" is just the kind of humor I've grown to love from this show. Of course shows depicting the past have to change a bit because life changes, nothing stays the same, big events happen. But, I don't watch this because of its historical accuracy, I watch for the familar family dynamic, the humor, and last but not least, the clothes. Hope the show continues despite its lukewarm reviews this season. I'm definitely still a fan and can't wait to watch the other episodes. Update: have now watched all episodes! (12/11) I still just LOVE this show. "This looks like it was written by a pack of jackals" haha so hysterical. I've read that there will most likely be 2 more seasons! Yay! Cannot wait!
