You get three scoops, a small one that is 1.5 tablespoons, a medium one that is about 3 tablespoons, and a large one that I measured at just around 1/4 of a cup. The two smaller ones are perfect for cookies. I tested them on a batch of chocolate chip cookies (see video) and they created nice sized balls of dough that baked out into perfectly sized cookies. The handles are comfortable, not cozy, and the triggers have a nice snap to them. As they are stainless steel the cookie dough released easily, especially as it warms up. There was some residue left in the scoop but it cleaned out nice and easy. For the price I think these are a good buy. You get three scoops in a useful assortment of sizes and they are sturdy enough that you might just be passing these on to your children or grandchildren.
