The only reason I purchased this product was due to the reviews. I did not know anything about DHEA, so I began to read all the information that I could find on the web. I began taking this supplement last month, and within 3 days I had a more restful sleep and more energy during the day. Before DHEA, I felt like I was moving backward with each step forward and absolutely no amount of rest would reduce the exhaustion. My doctor ordered a complete blood chemistry panel last month, and there were no signs on the results of thyroid problems, low red blood cell count or elevated insulin or glucose. My body could not cope with high levels of stress and menopause at the same time. Therefore, I felt rung out and worn down almost every day, until I began taking one pill per day of the DHEA.
