I was a bit hesitate at first not sure what to expect, but we love it and ordered a second chair. Very comfortable, durable and trendy. The only negative is the recliner potion is not really that effective. I'm pretty short (5'5") and I still use an ottoman reclining. I actually picked this out because it looks exactly like a West Elm chair that was selling for $799. All of guests love sitting in it (as well as our pets). Actually, have had people ask for me to send over the link on Amazon for them to purchase.
