Outstanding Product!
Ordered almost 400 square feet of this product. Hard to believe you can order that much flooring and have it delivered free (if you're a Prime member). My little Post Office freaked out. "Are we glad to see you!" they exclaimed when I walked in four (4!) days after I put the order through. In your hands, it's obvious it's not wood. But once it's on the floor, unless you're on your hands and knees, you'd swear you're walking on a real wood plank floor. No kidding. Better than laminate and much easier to install. No complaints here. I'll be ordering more to do another room.

We just got finished putting down most of the 400 square feet and so far it's been a breeze. I read a review earlier about the planks not being sticky enough. Perhaps the customer got a bad batch; these suckers have MORE than enough glue on them! Out of the 26 packages we ordered, I'd say no than half a pack went to spoilage. So take that into consideration before you place your order. This flooring is simply amazing. I saw a very similar product at Lowe's the other day. They were charging $54.99 for 30 square feet. The Tivoli flooring was (when I ordered it) around $22.00 for 15 square feet. I see today it's a couple of bucks cheaper. The Lowe's product is NOT commercial grade and it is noticeably thinner than the commercial-grade Tivoli.

So far, the floor is still looking like new. We have a lot traffic in our living room and kitchen, including three dogs (two small Yorkies and an overweight chocolate Lab), children, in-laws, and a wheelchair. A word of advice regarding cleaning and maintenance: sweep often, or vacuum. If you get a minor scuff, don't panic. A little WD40 will remove the scuff. For cleaning, we tried a number of products and they all left a slightly sticky film. We finally found the perfect cleaning solution: Armstrong Multi Surface Floor Cleaner. We spray it on the floor, then use a Rubbermaid Reveal mop to wipe it up.
