I see all these horrible reviews here tonight and its just making me angry because if you turn the can around and read the directions and properly prepare whatever you're spraying then Spray wait 5 minutes, spray again, wait 5 minutes, spray again and give two or three coats or 4-5 for better effect then this will work as advertised you have to build up a layer of the glow in the dark material in order for there to be enough material built up on the surface to absorb light and actually glow... follow the directions take your time and use multiple coats and you will have no problems stop being lazy people! Just think and ask yourself why the stars in your kids room are the thickness they are...its so there is enough material mixed with the plastic so it will have the ability to absorb enough energy to actually be seen when you turn off the lights....ugh just use common sense and you'll be fine. This product works as advertised if used appropriately! 4 stars is cause it takes a long time to fully cure and I would also reccomend using 2-3 coats of clear coat over this product after this product has dried for a day to make this stick, harden and last longer.....especially if using outdoors
