Tired of paid or comped reviewers for their "honest" opinions? Me too! I bought & paid for this comforter & I'm providing this honest info so you can decide to purchase or not. I've suffered from severe night sweats for years but I love snuggling under a comfy cozy comforter! Sleeping under a sheet isn't for me! I searched, researched & settled with this option. I'm happy to report that it is MUCH cooler to sleep under than anything I've found to date, including 100% cotton quilts. It doesn't have significant weight to it & the fabric used is very soft! It is "unique" looking & can be put inside a duvet cover. Linen duvet cover here I come!! It's laid on top of my King Size duvet cover here. I've slept like a baby with this inside the duvet cover. I've only over heated one time in the last month, which used to be nightly with my quilt! The comforter kept shifting in the duvet cover so I decided to sew on some twill tape to keep it from sliding around in the duvet cover. Unfortunately due to the inadequate size, it'll take much longer tie downs than I had planned. The comforters advertised size & delivered size are not the same. I do have a 3" mattress topper on the bed but even without it I doubt this would hang down at all based on the measurements. My S.O. says I'm a cover hog with this & he is left with nothing, based on the measurements I'm not surprised! Overall I'm very happy & pleased with the cooling qualities of this blanket. However I'm unhappy that I got cheated out of several inches of blanket! If you're purchasing; it's worth it but keep size in mind & order a larger size.
