This is a great deal. The programming instructions are *slightly* hard to understand but not too bad. The remote works great after fiddling with it for 20 minutes. Mounting was easy (even on a super tall ladder for these second story windows). Customer service was extremely responsive when I had questions about some funky measurements on my bizarre window setup. The only issue I had was the blind was missingthe end piece to mount it to the trim. I reached out with an email and they expressed shipped a whole new set of mounting hardware to make sure I had everything I needed. In the end, I'm very happy with my purchase and pleased with the fast responses from customer service when I ran across the small issue.
