Loved this product for just over a year. The picture quality was great, it was lightweight and easy on the eyes. Unfortunately, it didn't last. We bought this in Feb 2020- Died September 2021. A whole 18 months well taken care of and lightly used. It appears from other reviews I'm one of the lucky ones that had it more than a year. Truly sad that electronic products are made with such poor quality components. We will not buy Lepow products again. I can't afford to continually replace peripherals year after year. **UPDATE** 20 Oct 21 The vendor reached out to me, I hardly expected that and offered to replace my monitor or refund the money. I opted for the new monitor with a 3 yr warranty. It arrived in 4 days, brand new in the box. Worked like a charm and is has great resolution and portability. I feel so much more at ease knowing I have a longer warranty if something should go wrong with the replacement. Thank you for the great customer service and continued customer relationship.
