I have been taking French Maritime Pinebark Extract aka by the brand name Pycnogenol ($$) for 25+ years and can’t Imagine my life without it!! It is my miracle supplement! It possesses powerful antioxidants, is anti aging, heart & skin protection, Anti-histamine…. and more! In Europe Pycnogenol is used to prevent and treat cardiovascular health & used instead of antihistamine’s for seasonal allergies...just to name a few. There are a great deal of cardiovascular & gum disease and arthritis runs in my family history even affecting my (adult) siblings. I am 58yo and because, I’ve taken French maritime Pinebark extract (fmpb) daily for decades I do not have any Arthritic changes in my body, my cardiovascular health is excellent and I get compliments on my skin all the time, it’s still as supple and youthful as it was in my 20’s! I use it for any little ache or pain, taking “fmpb” instead of an OTC Pain pain relief analgesic. I could sing the praises of the wonders of this incredible product for hours on end! But, instead of listening to me, do a little research on Pycnogenol and decide for yourself if you’re interested in taking this life-changing supplement? FYI: Due to its powerful antioxidant properties that act like little pac-man’s eating away the rust of oxidation and Inflammation especially in your joints. Some people may experience a little bit of pain and tenderness when they first start taking any “fmpb extract” product. It goes away after a few days it’s just letting you know that it’s working & healing anywhere your body has inflammation!
