I just purchased this and like everyone else I was extremely upset that not all the K-cups work in this brewer. I was about to return it but then I did some googling and found it is possible to trick the brewer into brewing any K-Cup you want! Here is the link explaining how: http://kreativeken.blogspot.com/2014/08/keurig-20-review-how-to-use-any-k-cup.html Basically, just the cut the top off the official K-Cups (that have the lid with the white ring on the top) and tape it onto the K-cup you want to use. And viola, works like a charm! Now this is a huge inconvenience but this brewer is so awesome it's worth the hassle so I will be keeping it. Every other feature is great and I am very happy with it. Thought I would share this information because I was beyond ecstatic to find out you could trick the brewer into accepting any k-cup you want it to! The trick is it scans that white ring along the outside of the cups. Hope this helps some of you out! EDITED TO ADD: I have owned this brewer for over two months now. 'Tricking' the brewer into using any k-cups is really not the big inconeivence I thought it was. The entire two months I have been just reusing the same lid that I cut off the official k-cup. I just keep the tape on it and slap it on whatever k-cup I use that's 'unofficial.' It really is not a hassle and only takes a second. So my advice, if you're willing to stay with this brewer, is to hang on to that first lid you cut off. Really works well. I like the other features of the brewer well enough to deal with this slight hassle.
