These Neewer LED Video lights are just what I needed for my conference calls. Lights me up with only 50% intensity. They stand nearly at eye level when seated. It is locked in place by rotating the extension stick. The tripod legs are removable, leaving a foam hand grip and wrist strap. I won't need that for my projects but someone may want to hold the light for filming. These are not big lights, they are light duty and small, for lighting small projects or video conferencing. You will also need a dual port USB charger plug.
