Warm enough. Sizing is true, with maybe just a little extra room.
I wanted a jacket that could handle anything down to about zero degrees. I'm a big guy, 6'1" and about 330. Ordered a 3xl. This is our first day where it got pretty cold, about 15F. I broke out the jacket and took a walk, wearing just a t-shirt underneath. I was plenty warm, and I didn't have all the velcro battened down or the hood up. The quality seems fine.
