My mom got an air fryer last Christmas and has been singing praises ever since and trying to convince me to get one. I was skeptical but decided to give it a try when I saw this since it said it was a toaster so I knew I could at least use it for that. I am impressed. There are multiple preset options that work for pretty much anything you want to cook, from pizza and fries to dehydrating, but you can also manually set the temperature and time, including on the presets. You can adjust the time and temperature by going to a preset and then adjust the time and or temperature; however, it's in increments of five minutes or ten degrees. (It's 2/3 minutes increments under 10 minutes.) The results are as good as the oven and often better. There are a few items I was going to throw away (e.g. prepackaged hot wings), but I decided to try them in this fryer and they turned out perfect, while they were barely edible when I baked them in the oven. And pizza turns out perfect! It beeps for a few seconds when it stops, and the fan continues for about a minute before it completely shuts off. It is hot on the exterior, but not too hot to touch. Cleanup is quick and easy. So far everything just wipes off smoothly and then I rinse in warm soapy water. Now I understand what my mom was raving about and highly recommend due to performance as well as the size. It can easily fit a medium-sized pizza and enough servings for 2-3 or more if you use multiple shelves. It's also tall so can fit larger items. I'm looking forward to experimenting and trying more meals in this fryer. It's just as good or better than the oven while also being a lot faster. I just popped a frozen pizza in and had a perfect pizza 16 minutes later with no time wasted preheating an oven and then waiting for the oven to cook it, which usually takes 20-22 minutes. And the oven doesn't produce as nice a pizza. The top is never quite right. That's no longer an issue with this fryer, which cooks the top and bottom perfectly. It is a little bulky on the counter but fits well with my stainless steel appliances.
