The product was easy to find, easy to buy, quick delivery (loved), Easy to install with well written instructions. When flushing out the carbon for 30 seconds, after installation, I did notice that there was still some carbon that needed to be flushed out but that happened after a few showers. So I would suggest that the filter should be flushed for atleast a good minute before installation. So far I'm extemely satisfied with the product and noticed instant results after three showers. My hair is softer, which means the filter is definately doing its job by filtering out the chlorine and my skin is by far less dry. Love this and will recommend to family and friends. :) - Amanda
