One of the Best Products I've Seen
If I could give it 6 stars, I would. The trouble with a lot of humane, live-capture traps is the size is just too small for anything but the smallest rodents. We tend to have mice in that mid-range of bigger than a small mouse; smaller than a rat. Our cats are terrific mouse catchers; terrible mice killers. This last one defied all attempts to capture it and when we used some sticky traps in a cupboard we thought was secure... that's right... 2 of the 3 cats wound up stuck to the traps. Finally saw this on Amazon... ordered it with same day shipping for a very reasonable fee... that night, captured the little-big guy with a dab of peanut butter on the trigger. Trap is very solid. About the same size as a shoe box. Hose it off after your catch and release, store it in a quiet corner of the garage until next time. When you add a dab of peanut butter to the trigger, the added mass will make the trigger even more sensitive, so make sure the trap is on level ground. A very little bait is all you need.
